- Advisory Board Participation – we can be a part of your advisory team ensuring that you have the most up to date information on trends in law firms and human resources at your fingertips;
- Sounding Board Service – it can be isolating being in charge. Many issues can be solved through having a discreet conversation with a professional mentor not in your immediate circle so as to allow you to explore issues more fully
- Initial coaching with behavioural profiling – Great if you want to understand yourself even more and your approach to leadership;
We work our approach based on your individual or organisation’s needs. There are no fixed or inflexible packages. We have a flat hourly rate for most of our services and packages with discounts if you prefer.
