Dita Georgiadis B.A LL.B MBA
Dita is an experienced speaker, coach, trainer and search consultant who has specialised solely on assisting law firms and senior lawyers to achieve outstanding results. Dita’s background includes practising as a lawyer for a number of years, working in the recruitment industry as a search consultant and senior manager. She founded Dita Legal in 2004 which subsequently specialised in Partner and Merger Introductions within the law firm industry. The firm was renamed The Partner Institute to reflect the partner-centric focus.
Dita has successfully led teams in her various roles within the recruitment industry including Regional Manager for a major national recruitment company and as the Chief Operating Officer of a boutique, financial services recruitment agency.
As well as her management experience, Dita has had extensive leadership training via her MBA, NLP training and experience as a highly experienced negotiator and facilitator. Dita is widely regarded by her clients as a person with high emotional intelligence and the ability to see through the clutter to the heart of the matter.
Dita has successfully consulted to many small to medium sized businesses on matters such succession planning, exit strategy, management and human resources issues. Dita is passionate about assisting her law firms and lawyers to get the most out of their experience of their careers and firms.
